At EPS Controls LLC, we understand that project requirements can change or technical specifications may need adjustment. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for canceling an order placed on shop.epscontrols.com

1. Cancellation Window

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within 1–2 business days).

  • Standard Cancellation: You may request a full cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Immediate Processing: Some orders for in-stock items may be processed and labeled for shipment in less than 24 hours. Once a shipping label has been generated or the carrier has picked up the item, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps immediately:

  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation Request—[Your Order Number]."
  3. Details: Include your full name, order number, and the reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellations After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped or is in the "Dispatched" status, we cannot cancel the order in transit. In this case:

  • You must receive the package first.
  • You may then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the unused item in its original packaging.
  • Please note that for "change of mind" or late cancellations after shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Full Refund: If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and before shipment, we will issue a 100% full refund, including any taxes and shipping fees paid.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, please allow 10 business days (Monday–Friday) for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Cancellations by EPS Controls LLC

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Inventory Error: If an item is found to be out of stock or discontinued after an order is placed.
  • Pricing Error: In the rare event of a technical glitch causing a significant pricing error.
  • Fraud Prevention: If our system flags an order as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
  • Incomplete Information: If the shipping address is invalid or billing information cannot be verified.
    In any of these cases, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund.

6. Custom or Special Orders

For custom-made components (e.g., custom coils) or large-scale freight orders that have already been secured with the manufacturer, a cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a specific manufacturer’s fee. We will notify you of these terms at the time of purchase.

7. Policy Abuse Prevention

To ensure a fair marketplace, EPS Controls LLC monitors cancellation patterns. Frequent or excessive cancellations by the same account may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges on our store.
